Twin Engines of Destruction
Mainly Features: Boba Fett, Jodo Kast, Dengar
Twin Engines of Destruction summary:
This comic starts by showing Jodo Kast chasing after a bat-like human sized creature named Nosstrick on the planet of Fluwhaka. Nosstrick runs into a cave, Kast still chasing him. Jodo Kast shoots the creature with a dart containing Frinka venom, which will make you paralyzed if you don't get the antidote very quickly. Kast had nearly fallen into a trap hole with spikes at the bottom of it while running through the cave after Nosstrick. He was hanging on to the edge about to fall when Dengar showed up. Dengar saved Kast from falling and dieing but Kast pulled his blaster on Dengar anyway, ordering him to drop his blaster. Dengar, who had earlier mistaked Kast for Fett, realized that this wasn't Fett...besides the sloppy entrance, Fett would never pull a blaster on another hunter. Kast didn't kill Dengar, but said he would if he didn't hurry up and get on his skiff and go away. Dengar reported to Fett that he had spotted Jodo Kast. Fett had had enough and he wanted to get his imposter. So, Fett pretended to be a rich person named Sava Brec Madak. Fett wore bandages over his entire body because of the sarlacc incident - these bandages provided him with a good disguise. Fett, disguised as Madak, hired Jodo Kast for a job. Fett and Dengar set up a trap so when Kast came, they could ambush him. Kast got through all the obstacles Dengar and Fett had prepared for him. But, waiting at the end of the trail was Fett. Fett and Kast battled it out until Fett shot him in the neck with a toxic dart, then placed 3 vials in front of the beat up Kast. 1 vial contained the antiodote he needed for survival of the toxin he'd been shot with and the other 2 vials, if drank, would kill him. Kast would have to get the right antidote, drink it, then get as far away as possible before his jet pack exploded. Fett walked away to his ship where Dengar was waiting. Dengar asked him why he gave Kast a chance to live. Fett claimed that he didn't. As the Slave II flew away, Kast's jet pack exploded and killed him.
