This tutorial will teach you how you can use Steam and PeerGuardian2 simultaneously. If you are a file sharer/p2p user, you might run PeerGuardian2 to help protect yourself but have noticed that you cannot access Steam or your friends list while having PeerGuardian2 and Steam running.

Use the following allow list in order to use Steam and PeerGuardian2 at the same time:

To add this allow list to PeerGuardian, put it into a .txt (notepad document) and then click "List Manager" in PeerGuardian, then click "Add." Next, navigate to where you saved your .txt file is located and open it in PeerGuardian. Make sure you tick the "Allow" box, and you're good to go.
