This tutorial will teach you how to play Stronghold Crusader Muiltiplayer using a free program called GameRanger.


This method is a lot easier than using the built in TCP/IP Connection For DirectPlay. Simply go to http://www.gameranger.com/download/ to download GameRanger. After it's downloaded, install it and it will ask you to make a free account. It will send you an email and you need to confirm your account by clicking the link in the email.

Log in with your new account and browse the available games. There are still many people playing this old 2002 game, just browse down until you find Stronghold Crusader:
