This tutorial will show you how to install Windows 8 Build 7955 in virtual machine. I have not heard of any problems from people installing the OS to the hard drive itself, but it's been a bear to get it to work in a virtual machine.

You need VirtualBox to do this, VMWare is not working. After you download VirtualBox and Windows 8, set up a new installation in VirtualBox, and make sure that you use these settings:



Multiple people, as well as myself, have verified that it will work using those settings.
